[International / GSM] Stuck on boot, unknown bootloader screen, HELP!!!!

I just tried installing KANG9 ROM and I'm stuck on the Android boot animation so I did a battery pull and rebooted to bootloader and it said downloading....what does that mean? Help!!! Don't know what to do, stuck on boot screen!!

I believe you are in ODIN mode. Pull the battery and try booting back up.

How long did it stay on the boot animation, sometimes after a rom flash it will take a long time for first boot.

If it still won't boot then go into fastboot and recovery and wipe data, cache, dalvik, and system then reflash the rom and try booting again (or restore your backup)

It does say Odin mode. Battery pull doesn't help. Can't get in to recovery it says do not turn off target downloading... and I can't scroll down to recovery

What do you mean a battery pull doesn't help? Don't worry about it saying don't turn off. You should be able to get into fastboot by holding volume up and down when off and then holding down power. I think odin mode is accessed in a very similar way and can be accidently accessed when trying to get to fastboot.
