[International / GSM] What Version Nexus do I Have?

I have a Canadian Google Nexus, that can be used with Bell, Virgin, Telus, Rodgers. Under the battery the Model is a I9250M! So what procedure do I use to root the phone and what Rom do I flash? It came with ICS 4.01
