Root [International] Help needed semi noob!

Evening all!..
Im sorry if this is in the wrong place but im really in need of some help off someone that knows their onions!.. I have a galaxy s3 i9300 and have rooted and flashed the siyah 1.9.1 kernel purely to give me better sound quality for my music but now id really like to install cyanogenmod 10.1.3 from the endless googleing I have done it doesn't seem that this kernel is compatible? ? So how do I get around this? Im not sure a back up the old kernel was taken (lesson learnt!) So whats the best way to deal with this? Another kernel? Any links or suggestions id be very grateful for

Siyah also supports CM 10.1.x ROMs so it should be OK.

Boeffla also has a kernel for CM based ROMs (link for CM version is at top of Boeffla page in the link below) - I'm running the TW version of Boeffla and it makes most of the Wolfson chip tunes sound great.

To be clear, when you flash CM, their kernel will replace whatever one you have on anyway. Then youre free to flash another kernel if you want :thumbup:
