The latest NeatROM and Perseus are giving me some of the best battery I've had so maybe give them a try. Go for the Full MC3 version (post #308)

So download the ROM then backup your apps and make a nandroid backup. Then wipe data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik (in advanced) and format system (in mounts and storage) and flash the ROM. Reboot your phone to ensure the ROM had booted correctly then flash perseus kernel. Then restore your apps. Ensure you only restore downloaded apps. Don't restore any system apps or system data.

nandroid back up is using philz? format storage...u mean my sd card aswell.....shall i back ip my apps usimh titanium...but only restore the app and not system data...or should i back ip apps and date bit only restore the apps? x

Yeah the nandroid is done with philz. Don't format storage. Format system, it's in mounts and storage in philz. It won't hurt to backup all your apps with titanium but only restore downloaded (user) apps and data, don't restore system apps and data.

It'll be fine to backup all apps and and system data like you've been doing just in case you need them later but when you come to restore press the button in the top right to open up the batch options then choose restore missing apps and data

Yeah the missing apps is anything you have a backup of that isn't on your phone. Since system apps will be the same, just different versions they get ignored and only downloaded apps will be restored. To add an image to a message you just need to press the attach symbol to the right of your message and select the app you want to use to select the picture, then select your picture
