Root [International] HTC One MV Safe Boot!

My HTC One MV over the past 24 hours keeps booting up into safe mode. I have factory reset it in an attempt to sort it out, but that hasn't worked, I have also changed it to stock boot (instead of fast boot) yet it still loads into safe boot, any help?

I have only heard of this one other time and the problem seemed to be hardware and had to be returned. I hope someone else here will have better advice for you.

In the mean time more information is always good, is the phone Stock? Rooted ? unlocked ? what happened or changed before it went into safe mode the first time ? any more info you think might have caused this ?

Have you tried holding the power button for 10 seconds (or however long it is) to simulate a battery pull?
