Root [International] Installed CF-Root with cwm but haven't got root?

Hi I'm having a problem when I was rooting I installed CF-ROOT through Odin and I got the CWM but I didn't get SuperSu App or root access(According to root checker) and it's triggered the flash counter but I'm not rooted so how would I start fresh again? Should I just flash a stock Rom and root and install triangle away?
I didn't have usb debugging checked either. Could I just Install CF-Root again on my device and then would I have root?
Help is greatly appreciated!

Try reflashing the CF-Root package again with USB debugging enabled (not sure if that makes a difference tbh).
