Root [International] missing home screen. help

After I rooted my s4 i installed titanium backup and uninstalled apps beacuse i had filled the storage. And i deleted the home screen aswell i think so its just a black screen. I reset the phone and the problem is still there. Any help?

Go to the Play store on a computer and install a launcher (your choice) to your phone. (You can install apps to your phone from the phone or from a computer.)

As you are rooted, did you make a nandroid backup prior to un-installing apps? If so, you could just restore the nandroid backup.

Alternatively, as you have Titanium Backup, go to the bottom of the apps list and see if there are any copies of the app there that you can restore from.

Otherwise, you could re-flash your ROM or firmware again.

For future reference, it is safer to freeze apps that you don't need in case of problems such as the one you are now facing.
