The best CPU settings for me using the no-frills CPU app is probably different then yours. What you want to do is download a CPU monitoring app! I used the A1 CPU Tool app. The app tells you battery & RAM statistics, voltage & temperature of the battery & CPU. That way you can see the way you're CPU normally operates. What govern is used normally. My Kyocera hydro is an on demand CPU single core, & runs between 245Mhz to 1.024GHz. Normally running at the max almost all the time. So what I did was set the govern to conservative that way it will stay at the minimal clocked frequency unless a faster frequency is needed. Then I set the max frequency as high as it would go 1.024GHz & the minimal at 745Mhz. That way it will run just slightly under what it runs normally.
Better gaming, faster loading & longer battery life all around. I don't change the scheduler setting. I Hope this helps.
