International Note 2 on prepaid AT&T tablet plan?

I couldn't figure out a way to do this so I got the T-Mobile version and used their $30 a month plan, which has 5GB of 4G data and throttled after that.

I picked up an unlocked original AT&T Note a while ago and have been using it on the same plan. Speeds seem pretty good in refarmed Chicago and I even caught LTE twice yesterday. I prefer the proportions of this model (and the four keys), but the battery life could be a bit better, it's very slightly buggy, and the original spen sucks.
I figure an international 2 could work on TMobile in my area, AT&T, and possibly AT&T tablet plans while the AT&T and TMobile 2's will only work on phone plans. I might just wait til the 3 is introduced and pick up a used AT&T 2. They're going for less than the TMobile ones and are already in the mid four hundreds. I also really want that Mega 6.3 as a small tablet. Decisions, decisions.
