Root [International] Notification bar apps closing and re-opening

Hey everyone,

I have a Galaxy S3 which is rooted but running stock 4.0.4.

I'm aware that low available memory is a good thing and not bad for Android, but sometimes I have apps closing, then later re-opening, even if they have an icon in the notification bar.

Available memory usually ranges around 60-120mb and I'm not running a task killer.

Can anyone help? This has been going on for a while. I posted before and someone suggested I post in the root forum.

Thanks.

Hi, are there specific apps that seem to be doing this or is it just all of them? Are they persistent apps (I.e ones that constantly stay in the notification bar) or just regular notifications?

Hi,

Do Not Keep Activities is unticked, and Limit Background Processes is set to standard.

I'm starting to think I've just got too many apps on here, although that doesn't make sense because why allow all these apps to be loaded if it'll effect the device?

Try completely switchin dev options off (switch at top right of the setting mate)

Hi,

Unfortunately I don't seem to have a switch in the top right.
USB debugging is the only thing I've changed, that's just for TitaniumBackup.

The apps that close do eventually reopen on their own. Could it be that I'm jumping between several apps too quickly?
