Root [International] Rooted....Now What..??

Ok I've read the "rooted now what sticky"....but it doesnt really answer my questions...

I'm looking for an app that will back up the entire phone creating a ghost image basically one that if something goes wrong I can just restore using the image and everything goes back to normal...

Second how do I delete some of the default apps..I updated to 4.1.2 & now have duplicate apps or shortcuts I guess & I cant delete/hide or uninstall them thru..I dont use dropbox google magazine or any of that crap so I wouldnt mind just getting rid of them..

I did have another question but dangit it slipped my mind...

You need to have ClockWorkMod to create a ghost image of your device. Here's how to install it (you must already be rooted)

1. Get ROM MANAGER from the Play Store
2. Start the app and click Recovery setup
3. Click Install or update Recovery - ClockworkMod recovery
4. Select your device

The app will do the rest.

To check if successful:

1. Power off.
2. Simultaneously press volume up, home and Power
3. You should see the CWM recovery menu. Here you can create your ghost image backup.

To remove bloatware ("google magazine or any of that crap"), I suggest you get Titanium Backup Pro. It's a must have.

Well my Dad who is currently barking in China baught me a note 2 for Xmas. It has a lot of Chinese features and restrictions. I haven't rooted my phone as of yet and am wondering will it help and how would I go about executing the fix once in rooted.

The problems are Facebook not working properly along with YouTube, the camera has "camera error" issue which I was told can because I took the phone out of China. There are a few more that I have forgotten ATM. Please help , I will be very greatful.

No I know it's a genuine because I've compared it to one. He also naught it from a department store in shanghai. Any idea about what I said?
