EDIT. just read ur profile. uk firmware too :)

Just dont unzip any .tar files :)

Unzipping is easy. You just double click the zip file and your zip application opens it in a window. You can just drag whats inside to your desktop,

or simply right click the file and "uncompress" using native windows functionality.

Yeah i read a guy unzipped the file 2ce coz it looked like it was still zipped.
So Odin, i have it downloaded but it wont run.......

Back. Sorry i had a tethering problem lol.
So whats the actual name of this site so i can find it on pc?
And how do i uninstall the odin that i have?
Should i keep the cf-root file?

If you only saved Odin to the desktop just right click it and delete. And yeah keep the cfroot kernel. Did you download the 6.4 cfroot, the guide say to use 6.0 as it was written before the more recent cfroot kernels. So it's best to use 6.4

Double clicked and have this....
Sorry man u must wish u werent on duty when i took to the c0ckpit..... its appreciated though man truly,.

:DIt's no trouble mate. Double click on Odin3 v3.0.4.exe and it should ask you if you want to allow the program to make changes to your pc or something like that, click yes and Odin will load up.

Try extracting it. So backout until you get to the original Odin download, drag it onto your desktop, right click, 7zip, extract here.
Then double click your way through the new icon which should have appeared on your desktop

I just meant press back until you get to the original Odin download. That tmax.dll is contained inside the download so I'd think extracting the whole Odin folder should sort the problem.
