Providing you have DropBox enabled on your phone and PC, I would copy your ClockworkMod File, after the nandroid, to your PC and the drop a copy in the DropBox file on your PC.

(I'm beginning to regret drinking these turbo charged Pimms, now!)

what you mean my clockwordmod file? sorry im new lol x

Providing you have set ROM Manager to save on External SD card, you should have a file called, "ClockworkMod", on your external SD card, with your nandroid backup in it once you have done one.

ok im backin up now and then i will save it to dropbox and my pc. what other apps do u recommend? i have titanium pro already from previous...i was thinkin about gettin root explorer i did see i list off things i can delete using this but i can remember where i found it now. x

ok so backup current rom is the same as doin backin actually in philz? x

ROM Manager utilises the Recovery installed, PhilZ is actually a modified version of the standard ClockworkMod Recovery, to do its stuff. This is why you had to marry up ROM Manager with PhilZ a few posts back.

aahhh i see makes sense now :) well its backin up now so hopefully be ok once ive saved it all to comp and tht. thanks again for your help ive learned loads x

Tongue-in-cheek, Syd... tongue-in-cheek. ;)

Actually, re-reading the thread, to make sure that it made sense, the OP rooted in fairly short order and I think it was only when it was explained that PhilZ was ClockworkMod and that ROM Manager is a replacement for the CWM app and just handles some aspects of recovery, that it clicked and fell into place.
