Root [International] Update note 2

Ive downloaded triangle away and super user and does put my device status as normal till about half hour when it goes back to modified. ...now during this time im trying to update but wont as its 'modified' any help would be much appreciated

Hi

To get rid of the modified permanently you have to remove all trace of anything that apps that use root create (in the normally protected system folders). If you want to update to 4.3 (in itself a doubtful benefit if you are on 4.1.2 which imo works quite well) then I would obtain the ROM from sammobile.com and use the toolkit on XDA [Galaxy Note2 TOOLKIT V4.1.0 GSM] Drivers, Backup, Root, Recovery, Flash Stock Image - xda-developers which I find really good

Are you still rooted? Still on a custom ROM? If so, then triangle away won't change the status! The only way to get your status back to unmodified stock is to flash triangle away whilst rooted (cause you need root access), then you must flash a stock Samsung ROM through Odin. You cannot use a custom recovery or custom kernel otherwise you'll be back to the modified status.
