Help International version- Always Roaming

Hello Friends,

I am new to the Android world. But exploring...
I bought a new International version Samsung galaxy note 2 from amazon.

And then I bought a prepaid T-mobile card , but it shows Roaming all the time. I am not sure how to deal with it. Is it charging me as roaming user?

how to get rid of it.

Regards,
Sachin

In on Sprint and at home it's either I'm roaming or no signal at all. My previous phone doesn't have this problem, I'm thinking the note 2's reception is below par when compared to other phone. I hope I'm wrong.

I have not got any satisfying answer yet for my issue...My phone still show as Roaming and thats the indication at notification bar...

Hi

If you go to settings-more settings-mobile networks-network operators is T-mobile listed? If so select it. If not I would consider getting a sim for one that is listed. I have had no problem with reception with my n2.
