have the international version of the s3

i am rooted currently but want a change and want the extra stuff 4.2.2 offers .

so which rom can i use on my intl version

AOKP milestone seem nice - but will i need to get google play store seprately ?

plz link to correct version .

so which rom should i use ?

Do you mean the extra features from the S4 as all I think of in vanilla android is the photosphere that had been added.

If it's the S4 features you want then you need TouchWiz based ROM. If it's not and you're after a vanilla flavour then apparently the AOKP milestone is meant to be good (funkylogic is using it and rates it), you'll need to download the ROM and GApps which will install the play store and what not (I think) :)

Yeah AOKP is great but it doesnt have the Photosphere camera. Im gona have to find that separately. If u flash aokp you have to flash google apps package too.
if you want a samsung based 4.2.2 you could try the latest Neat Rom

Thanks bro
Mrs Logik has just came home with an iphone 3g :banghead: so im having to help her set that up and im CLUELESS about iphones. Took us forever to find where the sim goes :D

Yeah when she told me someone was giving her one, the geek in me thought, great, ive never really used iOs, ill jailbreak it and test its limitations. But now that she has it im like MEH, why bother learning something im never gona use lol
(Hence why i was terrible in skool lol) :p

Just bumping this thread.

I've been on the Omega ROMs for a while now - Just flashed the latest build 45.1 which flashes 4.2.2 and it's just been a complete PITA!!
Constant freezes, force closes etc. So much so I've recovered 4.2.1 from Nandroid backup, and all is good in the world again.
I'd like a stable 4.2.2, and would really like Omega, but open to suggestions.
Or have I missed something when I've flashed. I see the file system has changed in 4.2.2, how does this impact on the existing file structure?
I always do a full wipe and dalvik cache; but should I back everything up to my PC and reformat the internal memory from recovery and start with a clean slate???

A word of caution funky, yes photosphere works on the camera package from XDA, I think the file name is camera42_patched_v2.zip, but you will loose the ability to select where to store your photos (internal or external), burstmode, Power shutter and several more. If I remember correctly in the photosphere camera package there are only 3 items to select/change.
