Help Interne connection too slow

Hi,

I'm using 2G connection on my Wildfire S. But the internet runs very slowly. Dont know why . Do i need to do any settings?
It has been more than an hour since i started downloading Angry Birds, but still only 15% done.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

If you only have a 2G data connection I am not surprised Angry Birds is taking forever to download. You'll be connecting via GRPS - you should see a G in the notification bar. GPRS has a top speed of 114kbps.

But my download speed was just about 10 to 20kbps..

The 144kbps is the top speed you could get on GPRS, but if you haven't got a great signal it will be slower. Your best bet would be to try and download your apps over a WIFI connection. Perhaps you could find a public WIFI hotspot )
