Help Internet Calling Issues

Hi - I thought I would try and get the internet calling feature built into my Desire S to work. I managed to set it up OK and am able to recieve calls, but everytime I try to make a call it starts to dial and then it crashes. It comes up with 'do I want to send a report to HTC' or whatever which I do. I've tried rebooting, but that doesn't help. Any ideas??. Thanks

SOLVED!!
The internet calling dialler cannot cope with brackets (). I synced my Desire S with my Outlook 2010 contacts, as a result all the phone numbers were in the +44 (800) 0665375 format. Removing the brackets so the format is +44 8000665375 solves the problem. Hope this is of help. Regards - David
