Internet connected but no access

I have a prestigio multi pad 7.0 prime,it runs android 4.0.I connected to my router the security is WPA2 PSK it shows as connected but when I try browsing or running any apps like skype it shows webpage not available.I tryed resting the tab and the router:confused::confused:
help me out please

How many devices are accessing the router? Sometimes an IP address conflict will occur as the newest to connect attempts to join others on the network.

Make sure dhcp is set on the pad and the router.

Also be sure you're not on too crowded a channel by going into the router settings and trying a different one (they are 1 through 11). If you do that you don't have to worry about any channel settings on any of the devices; they seek out the available ones as they scan.

It does not connect any other devices this is the first device it is connecting I haven't tried any other device.I tried setting my pad ip to dhcp but it's still now working.:confused:
