Hi there, everyone! I recently switched to Rogers from Fido, and got a shiny new HOX with it. I'm completely new to Rogers and android phones, but it hasn't been a good experience for me so far... Lots happened but that's another story to tell. I'm also new to the forums, so hello! 
Anyways, getting to the issue; I do not seem to be able to access internet through my data connections. Wi-Fi connection is fine, I can get internet through that, but 4G and LTE do not work for me. Connection bar is still present when connected to 4G, but the Upload/Download arrows are both unlit. I am connected to the network, I'm pretty sure, just not receiving any internet. Opening an internet page pops a "Webpage not Available" to me.
I talked to a customer support associate through the live support chat on Rogers website, to see if it was an error on their end. Last time this happened to me it was because they weren't provisioning properly.
Unfortunately, the associate this time did not help, and told me the only solution was to reset to factory settings. I've only had the phone for about 2 weeks, and already, I must reset it? Ridiculous. I'm not planning on resetting the phone as I already have stored information (Contacts, dates, etc.) on it.
I'm with Rogers, Android Version 4.0.3, Software number 1.73.631.1 if that helps.
