Internet Data Question

Hello I was wondering if anyone is having problems with their internet data when the handset is in lock screen as mines seem to not work unless I unlock then it will work, quite frustrating as I use Whatsapp to text and wouldnt be able to receive any text while the handset is on the lock screen. Is there a setting for this

Mobile data should work all the time, if you use Wi-Fi, please adjust sleep policy (under Settings / Wireless & Networks / WiFi settings, Menu, Advanced - or similar, I'm too lazy to switch the phone to english)

Hi thank you for the reply, my wifi connection is fine, just my data connection is annoying me not sure why it disconnects when it locks. Any idea how i can reset the settings to see if it solves the problem?

seems to be working fine for me, i know that doesn't really help you too much in fixing it.

How have you tested that it's disconnecting? I assume you can still pick up calls and texts whilst on lockscreen and that the signal isn't dropping out completely? Are you using any battery saver apps that might be shutting off the data connection when screen is off? If you go settings>power what options do you have enabled?

Hi since you mentioned it I did actually install juice defender, I've uninstalled it now and it seems to work now thank you for the help
