yesterday I noticed a blank space where the icon was. its not on any of the other screens either. it is there under: settings/application manager but I don't see an option to restore it or put it back on the screen.
Tap the app drawer icon ( the one that looks like a bunch of little squares ) scroll down the list until you find the one you want, long press on it til it wiggles then just drag it to the screen.
