Help internet issues

When I'm at most places inside or out I can never connect to the internet and my phone always says 4G service disconnected... is there anything I can do about this? I just got the phone two days ago.
 
mine was same. I went to setting and had data come through 3G setting and internet came up ..make sure yours says it is on!
