Internet Keeps Disconnecting

I seem to have a network issue. While I never get dropped from my wifi network, whenever the phone goes to idle for a bit of time, all network connections seem to disconnect. When I go into the phone again, I have to sign into Google Talk again, and only then does my phone update email/google voice. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

i'm not sure if this is what is causing it, but if you go into settings, and go to battery manager there is the three settings for your power management. If your phone is on maximum battery saver then it will disconnect data after 15 minutes of inactivity.
