Help Internet Problems

Ok so couple months ago my internet worked fine on my huawei when i went downtown and such, (15miles away, dont think it matters). It worked like a champ connecting to the internet for facebook surfing and such with no problems. Well now it wont even connect outside my house really.. isnt there a regular internet for the phone that its connected too? (not talking about wifi).. and even when I do use wifi, it barely connects out my house and wont connect anywhere I use to be able to connect too.

Anyone have any idea what my problem is or suggestions?
 
And my phone wont connect to the internet completely. Only does if Wifi is on... isnt there a stock wireless connection for this or what?

metro has been having recent issues with alot of customers not able to call or accept in coming calls and internet problems, check out there facebook page, lots of customers complaining.

Yeah i guess. but my phone been like this since January to be honest, ive just been using wifi this whole time. I guess after reading some stuff, my 3G is what is not connecting. im on cricket.

easy fix, pull the battery for 5 mins and also go into the wireless and network settings go into wifi settings/pushed menu/pushed advanced/turned off the use static IP and it should work

Just tried what you mentioned, pulled battery for 8mins and put back in. I also went to wifi settings, and the static IP was already off.

Other methods ive read and tried was calling *228, and says cant connect. Tried the "Airplane mode for 5 minutes". Turning off and back on "Data Services". my APN has only one option, Cricket(wap.mycricket.com).

Still not connecting to 3G :/ is there a app to connect to it? ive read somewhere bout it but dont know where or what its called to try.

give customer support a call and see if they can reset your data, also are you on stock rom or custom rom?

yep give them a call, and never know if atk have change something in the settings that preventing you from connecting, try a hard reset and see if it helps.
