Help Internet randomly crashing.

Hello

I am using Samsung Galaxy S3 phone (rooted) and I have this problem with the Internet .
Whenever I try to download a file from the Internet directly to my phone the Internet crashes and I can't download it. I tried cleaning the data from the Internet but the problem keeps happening. I also had this problem when my phone was un-rooted and the only way to get the Internet download manager working was to reset my phone to factory settings.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried a different browser mate? Or tried just "clear data" in Download Manager app? :thumbup:

Yeah I tried cleaning download manager. I also tried Chrome but I don't like it, I don't know why .

Yeah i dont like chrome on a phone. Theres others though, Firefox, Boat, Dolphin.....
I duno why your stock browser isnt lettin you download though
