Help Internet Usage

Im new to smartphones just brought the San Fransico/Blade. Ive download stats free to keep track of my usage. But im interent usage keeps increasing even though im not even doing anything. I dont understand what is running. Ive turned off my Facebook, Twitter and Fancy Widget yet it still keeps going up. Ive also downoloaded Super Task Killer to kill all tasks but this doesnt seem to make a difference. What could be using my internet.

Whats that and how do i turn it off? Im not so worried when im on wifi but when i out using 3g I want anything off that im not using.

Under settings there should be "accounts & sync". Turn it off in there. Depending on your phone and android ver. Do you get charged by the mb usage?

you phone is constantly trying to update current infromation.
turn off the 2 items in "accounts & Sync". that will stop all data. unless you activate it yourself.

Nope thought it had fixed it but its still going up!!
