1st post so be gentle please.
When im browsing on the internet and have finished how do i get it to stop,if i go to main menu to do something and then click on internet its still on the same page.This will cost me data usage that i dont need.

It does not cost you nothing when you close it it does stop but it just caches the last page you visited so when you go back it loads faster.

Sorry about that the site kept crashing,i mean when i go back its still on the exact page as before,i dont know how to close it.

You dont have to close it. Just press home and its gone. If the page is sensitive (personal like a bank) you can go MENU>Windows and open a new window, then close the original window.

No it wont,its kind of frozen. That feature is useful if you are browsing and have to do something, later on you can just open the internet app and you are back on the page you were browsing earlier.
