How can I disconnect/reconnect internet on my Galaxy Note? Should I also disconnect/reconnect 'packet data' to complete the operation or not? While disconnected from the internet can I use Wi-Fi? thx

Welcome to Android Forums unoandroid:)
Wi-Fi can be used when data(internet) is disabled. To disable data(internet) just go into settings-wireless & networks-mobile networks and uncheck the data enabled box. If you wish to disable temporarily just pull down the status bar and select the airplane(mode).

thx. getting to "network settings" I have "Packet data" and " Data Roaming". Which one should be unchecked? Both of them?
