Hi my name is Tony and I'm new to this forum. I have a Droid Phone and I'm trying to get a mobile banking application to work on it.

In reading some postings I found out that you can enter "MotoQ" as the phone type and the application will work.

"MotoQ" is not one of the choices of devices that my provider has as a selection Item. Any other suggestions on how to get this app which I have downloaded to my phone to work??? I would appreciate it. Thus far, my bank has not been able to help me with the situation.
