My name is Bud, I'm brand new to site. I actually know very little about rooting a phone but I have been busy reading links and trying to get things figured out. My girlfriend has a rooted LG Optimus M690 I bought from ebay. She tried to do reset it to factory, I think, using the reset that is on the phone. The phone still has superuser installed, titanium back up, and root explorer. I am not if sure of any other apps, such as rom manager and so on were erased by this reset, the ear speaker no longer works when a call is made you cannot hear the person talking. There was a green Android on home screen wearing head phones that had to be pressed to turn the speaker back on after it was rebooted, but she somehow deleated that to, I think that is why you can't hear person talking.
Bottom line is I need help, can someone help me. I am almost 70 years old although years ago I went to a Bus. College and took computer programing, I know very little about how phones are programed. Thank you for any help or suggestions you may have, Bud
