Hello My Fellow Phandroids
They call me "Rusty" (as they say in Spanish "me llamaron"). I am a person of many Talents (Thanks, G_d), who delivers Excellence to my clients in a number of professional pursuits. For purposes of this forum, I am just beginning some part time employment wherein I will be tasked to provided technical field service to both warrantied and non-warrantied end users of some pretty modern technological devices. My new employer is providing me with a Samsung Rugby smartphone device to enable me to communicate and research and report while I will be out and about. In the past, I have provided helpdesk support to a major Canadian smartphone manufacturer (there are still some confidentiality requirements that survive that relationship). I look forward to developing my knowledge and accomplishments with this flavor of software and equipment while we are doing this job as it could be loads of fun. Please be welcomed and encouraged to let me know I can help you.
Thanks & All th' e-Best
Rusty Tyson
