I recently "upgraded" my HTC Hero Android phone, and seem to have lost the easy ability to connect to my PC. A Sprint rep says it has always been necessary to remove the card from the phone and read it with a separate reader. That's not how I remember it. But I'm motivated to come back to the forums and follow some threads here.
