Help Invalid Battery

Ok folks, my X died completely on me last night, I got it to charge after that, but now when I plug my charger in, it won't charge and says I have an invalid battery.. wth? I got the battery in it that came with the phone. Any help/advice would be helpful.

try removing the battery, and reseating it, its a possibility that may help, you also may need to clear the battery cache in Clock work Mod

I cleared the cache, it fixed it for a few minutes, said the error again and then fixed itself. Weird

If it comes down to a new batt, I pick a OEM batt up on amazon for 14 shipped.
