InvisaShield from Best Buy

Hi anyone..using this on their Charge..how do you like it. I have the screen pretectors from verizon but don't like how they don't cover the whole screen...the InvisaShield seemed kind of thick to me though.

I had one on my Fascinate and now on my Charge. I like them. Not as good as nothing at all but I won't use a phone without a screen protector. :-) I only used Verizon's brand until the Invisishield was available.

My phones look new when I'm done with them. I even dropped my Fascinate face down on the cement and stepped on it. Almost cried but not a scratch. Sold me.

Eh... my wife has one on her Charge. I could never do it, there is too much orange peel for my liking.

That being said, it works. It helps to protect the screen if she tosses her phone in her purse, etc.

I have one on my bolt and like it as an easy option of needing a protector and cant wait for a better brand you can order on line. the screen wont be anywhere as slick with the protector as it would be without it. One think I noticed is the DC screen is super slick just like it has oil on it. But as a temporary fix till you can get a better protector that you like. Then you cant miss.

After using this protector for awhile the orange peel seems to go away. I do want to try other protectors but the price of them keeps me away as I am happy with this one. it does what it says and what more can you ask for.

I am an ER Doc and my phones get abused. Beyond what most you can really believe. It gets throwin in pockets with medical instruments, dropped, stepped on, kicked all kinds of things. I was in a trauma where it was knocked out of my pockets, stepped on twice, and I had to kick it under a table to get it out of the way. Picked it up and it works flawless without a scratch. Sometimes I have to go running from one area to another where it gets kicked out of a pocket and bounces off something on to the floor. Still runs beautifully, no scratches and no changes in the performance.

Hope this helps you. BTW the invisible shields are built to DOD or Military standards if that matters to you.

I had 1 on my Incredible and now on my Charge, the orange peel sucks, but once it's gone, it get nice and slick and now my fingers run smoothly across it haha. protects well and can't beat a lifetime guarantee!

I had the VZW anti-glare, did not cover the whole screen and it was an ugly rainbow effect that took away from this beautiful screen. So I gave the Steinheil Ultra Crystal a whirl. GORGEOUS screen protector. The fit was almost perfect to the edge, within 1 hair width of the edge. The screen looks like there is no protector at all. The smudges are easy to live with, if they bug you go with the anti-oleophic. I got the Steinheil on Amazon for $11.00.

Last year I bought the Steinheil Ultra Crystal protectors for my Droid X and haven't been happier. A pair is already on the way for the Charge I ordered ($14 shipped from Ebay).

The Orange peel is there on purpose. It helps hide finger prints and smudges. I have tried smooth protectors and always go back to Zagg.

Update : After having this skin on my phone for over a week, I can say I don't recommend it. While I'm sure it's protecting my screen , when held in the right light, you can see every mark made with the supplied squeegee.

While the invisishield apparently gives your screen an orange peel look, which doesn't appeal to me, I will next be trying the Steinheil Ultra Series !

Steinheil will eventually scratch because it's plastic. If you are heartset on Steinheil, I would recommend some cheap plastic ones on eBay from China. They are pennies on the dollar compared to Steinheil and they perform and look the same in my experience.

Otherwise, give Wrapsol Ultra a try. It is rubber based like Skinomi, but it's a dry application and the protector itself is top notch. Best I have ever used. Only downside is that I think they only make the full body protection in the Ultra series.

This time around I didn't want to put a case on my phone, so I just went to my local mall and had a full body Ghost Armor installed for $30. I must say that I am really impressed, and I can barely tell anything is on the phone.

Good luck!

Most of these responses confuses me. I have a ZAGG shield for my Charge and I don't have any orange peel...dont even know what you're talking about. I have a ZAGG screen protector for my Nook Color and for my husbands Nook, and my daughter has a ZAGG fro her iphone. I had a ZAGG on my LG phone for 2 yrs and loved it. No orange peel.

I love that it will protect my screen and keep it looking new...not that I will ever know that since I wont remove the screen. It doesn't show any scratches at all, but it does need cleaning often, as face and hand oils show up. I just clean it with my eye glass cloth with a little bit of eye glass cleaning solution sprayed onto the cloth. I would love to have no screen protector, but that just scares me!

If you install it correctly you will have very little orange peel effect. For me the Zagg is the best choice I love that it minimizes finger prints so well.
