I successfully configured and used "TinyCam Monitor PRO" app to connect to my wireless IP cameras and control them. This part worked beautifuly as least for the Foscam FI8918W I got from amazon. I can track them on WI-FI and over 4G. Now I wanted to configure this "IP webcam" app and cannot find a way to connect to the android device over the 4G or 3G. It works fine for wi-fi but not for 4G network. Anyone is able to connect from a PC or an android mobile device to a remote android device running as a webcam over 3G or 4G network? How do you connect? The device running as a webcam does give you an IP address and a port so you can connect but they don't seem to work.
