I have an android phone and there is an app only available for Iphone users. Is is possible to use this app on an android phone?

Unfortunately iPhone apps are compiled for use on the iPhones operating system, IOS. They will not work without modification on an Android phone.

In general, you can't run apps from one OS on another OS without an emulator.

If Android could just run iPhone apps then the devs wouldn't need to expend the effort to port their apps to Android.
