Hi,
I bought this phone today and have had to do many software upgrades including Android 5.0.
I've started installing apps and have installed iplayer and bbc media player. I can load iplayer fine but when I go to play a video the screen goes black and the app crashes or doesn't do anything. Sometimes I get a message saying that bbc media player is taking a longtime and I get a chance to close it or wait.
Have reinstalled both the iplayer app and the bbc media player app but still the same issue.
Is anyone else having this issue or know how to resolve it?
Thanks
