iplayer wont install

hi all

ive just been given a superpad 3 with a tim 6a rom but unable to install bbc iplayer on to it and also unable to update flash player its based on 2.2 are there any workarounds to this problem or a rom that works with these any help will be gladly helpful thanks in advance lee
