The Lg Motion 4G doesn't have an IR port. I belive the S4 is th only current phone with IR. The Samsung Tab 7.0 had it back in 2011 but that's a tablet. If you just want it for home use there is an app and some hardware that will let you do that. Your Android device can now be a universal remote — Tech News and Analysis
