Root irc Client

I'm not sure if client is the right term, but what program are you using on your rooted phone to use irc chat? I've tried a couple but cant get any to work. Thanks.
 
Hopefully someone will correct me if I am wrong but I heard that IRC does not work with Verizon.

Its called AndChat
1)no root needed just download from market.
2)I can be done over wifi or 3g I have been using it since I got my phone.

Lol... It's funny because when I posted this I thought to myself "I bet T2noob will answer me" pwned lol thanks.
 
Yea I'm at home "studying" for finals and testing roms for people on my phone so i have nothing to do...lol
