Almost any Android device is rootable manually. If you're asking if there's a one-click rooting script for that tab, search for it. I'm guessing not, though.

its one click rootable with shuame tool from xda developers, you just need to turn on usb debugging and itll automatically detect it and have a root option next to it youll have to click on. the tool hasnt been converted from chinese to english yet though so be careful not to click on anything else if you cant read what it does

If need any help with Chinese to English translation, post a screen-shot and I should be able to assist.

I will add, use at your own risk, because if it doesn't work you could very well end-up with a bricked device. Take XDA's word for it I guess.
