The 4.2 is being announced on monday. So it is not on your phone at the moment. 4.1.2 and 4.2 are different.

Hopefully in the near future we get it.

If Google remains consistent, GSM Galaxy Nexus should get 4.2 within a couple of weeks after it is released. I think the interesting question is if the Nexus S will continue to get the updates pushed after the next generation Nexus phone is released.

That indeed will be interesting to see, and its funny we just got the 4.1.2 update and 4.2 is coming out this week.
