Is anyone else concerned?

I am a bit ignroant on the subject, but I am pretty sure that the IT team that runs the website is a complete different department than the people who develop/test/run phone software.
 
No doubt. Still, it says something about the corporate culture, planning, testing, verifying, communicating, etc.

They've basically shut down their primary support tool for nearly a week (it still doesn't work) not to mention the fact that the site contains and has access to all of their customer's account information. It's kind of scary that it's bugging out the way it's been.

And, like a lot of people have complained about with respect to their phones, it seems as if Sprint simply used their customers as a beta tester, rolling out an unverified system way before it was ready for prime time. And, just telling customers to tough it out until they get it fixed.

I agree that we don't have any facts from behind the scenes, but still, it's troubling, from a customer confidence point of view if nothing else.

Not sure what aspect of the site you guys are referring to, but I was just on there and guess what: Any way I get an upgrade in 15 or when the EVO comes out!

It's been intermittent for me, very intermittent.

If you can log in, try navigating the site for awhile. Eventually you'll hit errors, such as this gem.

They ARE a completely different department, actually. As for the rest, they are rebuilding their website. These things don't occur overnight (although it's possible but not very likely). Have patience, you aren't gonna suffer a massive loss from not looking at the Sprint website for a few days.
