Is Anyone Else Getting Random SD Card Removal?

Anyone else getting these random freakin' removals?
I'm not really sure what it is?
Either is hardware or Software problems...
I also think is my SD card because it's so huge (16 GB) But I highly doubt.

I have not rooted, nor try rooting it. I'm not even thinking about doing so because it seems complicated for this phone.
I did it with no problem with the Optimus and The MT.
So If anyone would like to help me think of something a theory at least.

Should I return and exchange or should I try to root and maybe see for fix?

Try backing up your card to your pc and then format it in the phone. I'm using a 32 gig card, so that's not the problem.

if formatting does not work try different card. i would doubt it being the phone or the size of the card. i too use a 16 gig card

Try a hard reset. You don't necessarily want to format you card without doing it to the whole phone.

Should I do a hard reset?

This is another topic but my phone everytime I send messages the signal does a reset and gives me this SMS error message and talking about not enough resources. So I was thinking I should probably do a hard reset just in case its the software.

But back to the subject, I just switched to a Scandisk 8Gb stock memory card that came with the phone and moved all the files there and it hasn't done anything yet, so I'll update later tonight if it does it again. I hope it doesn't though because that can be really frustrating

I have a 32GB Sandisk in mine and i had a 16Gb Before that with no-problem i format it before use in the phone always ...I would give that a try and do a hard rest if you don't have anything installed on it.
