Root Is CM10 the only choice for a "pure" android experience?

Title pretty much nails it.

I got a Nexus 7 and pretty much love JB on its own. What are my options for something similar on my LTEvo?

nope there are a few others...most JB roms are aosp (though now that we have an official JB sense ota out, you will see more sense jb roms as well)

Cm10 isn't really the "pure" Google experience, as the cm10 team adds modifications to the aosp code. Cm10 is about as good as we have though.

I'm not taking shots it it, its a great Rom, just letting you know its not true AOSP, but AOSP based. I may be splitting hairs.

ah yes "pure" android. well i like pacman, but it is not pure as it adds elements of other aosp roms like paranoid, aokp, and cm10. very nice and super fast.
