Is Droid true Android Experience?

I was wondering something. I have been a droid user now for about two weeks now and I love it. I am wondering is this a true droid experience or does it have Motorola eye candy on the front? If this is the "true" experience I would much rather have that then the eye candy clutter my phone.

There is nothing other than stock Android running on the Droid. I'm assuming you're referring to extras that manufacturers add to their phones (like SenseUI for HTC and Blur for other Motorola phones). Out of the box, the Droid runs plain, vanilla Android.
