I have the 3500 mah batt running (bought off ebay from us dealer 6.99 with new back). I can report 48hrs straight use w/o recharging. I can put it in my leather case without much trouble so no real change for me. I love the extended use. I do use JDefender and screen turned down. I believe this horse needs this much juice for all we do on it. My Iphone friends dont do this well in terms of actual use time. This was a great investment. I am now used to the added backing....

update have been using the 3500 and really getting long usage times 2-3 days without charge. I like the back now. This seems like no brainer.
I decided I am going to get the 3500 extended battery, I am tried of being out and about nervous that my phone will die!
So is this a good one to get?

yes that looks like mine. You will be amazed how much more you can use this phone. Even in a year or so the Batt gets weak I will get another.
Is the extra bulkiness easy to get used to?

Just for your own piece of mind, do research on those who have the battery and see what they have to say about it. That's the reason I went ahead and ordered mine. I wish Sedio would drop their prices since they have some very high quality products but I have a feeling I will be happy with the Gorilla Gadgets battery, back plate and belt clip. Now, if only Mophie would come out with a Juice Pack made for other products other than only Apple. I have one of their Mophie Juice packs for my iPod Touch and I can run that thing all day and it has never run out of battery power on me and I've had that since the iPod Touch 2nd Gen came out.
