Help Is gingerbread out for SGS?

Wonder why there is such a big variation between what people are finding after flashing with gingerbread.

Wonder why there is such a big variation between what people are finding after flashing with gingerbread.

I guess its not as stable and good many people think it is.
Also it depends on what they did have before on the phone.
I do have a very fast rom and kernel and did not have any lag on froyo, but with gingerbread there is a lag and its not as smoooth.
But if you come from stock froyo or some bad rom/kernel you maybe see an improvement in gingerbread.
