I think it is. When I froze both of those using Bloat Freezer, whenever I got a text there would be no sound. Also, when I went into the phone's settings, it would always freeze up and I would have to force close. Then, I un-froze both DRM content and DRM content launcher and re-booted the phone and the phone worked perfectly again...no problems. Any ideas?
